Transforming Meetings: Kensence Advanced Conferencing System at PICC
Recent Project Overview
Recently, Kensence successfully served the Beijing headquarters of the People's Insurance Company of China (PICC) by leveraging its leading technology and superior quality to create a brand new high-definition video conferencing system. This project features the Kensence MCC200 control host and the MVP4000L 4K ultra-clear full-color LED image controller.

Client Overview:
The People's Insurance Company of China (PICC P&C) originated from the establishment of the People's Insurance Company of China on October 20, 1949. Headquartered in Beijing, it is a core member and flagship main business of the PICC Group, which ranked 112th in the 2020 Fortune Global 500. As a large state-owned property insurance company with a long history, substantial business scale, and strong overall strength, PICC P&C holds a leading position in the global property and casualty insurance market in terms of premium scale. The company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 6, 2003 (stock code: 2328). In 2020, the total premium income reached 433.187 billion yuan, with total assets of 646.801 billion yuan.
Project Overview:
In response to national requirements and future development trends, the People's Insurance Company of China has established a high-definition conferencing system to enhance meeting quality and efficiency. The conference room features an LED large screen, two LED display devices, and eight monitoring screens in the equipment room. There is a complex array of signal types with multiple signal paths, including two sets of high-definition video conferencing systems and one standard-definition video conferencing system. The project requires quick signal switching and control of surrounding equipment, with compatibility for previous legacy systems. After careful consideration, the decision was made to implement the Kensence MCC200 control host and the MVP4000L 4K ultra-clear full-color LED image controller for the project construction.
Successful Application of Kensence MCC Control Host:
In line with customer requirements,Kensence utilized the MCC200 control host for the construction of this project. The MCC200 control host centrally manages and controls surrounding equipment (such as the on/off of lights, the rise/fall of projectors, and the opening/closing of electric curtains). It provides users with "web-programmable central control software," allowing for adjustments and control of all devices. The user interface can be customized according to the client's demands.
Successful Application of Kensence MVP Series 4k video wall processor Products:
The MVP series 4k video wall controller products can display multiple dynamic images simultaneously on the display terminals and are compatible with the client's legacy devices. They allow for adjustments of video signal window sizes, display positions, image ratios, and more in accordance with customer requirements, while also supporting 4K high-definition output.
The integration of the MVP series video wall controller image splicing processor with the MCC200 control host perfectly meets the client's needs. The MCC200’s control software enables visual management, compatibility with legacy devices, and control of surrounding equipment, while outputting 4K high-definition signals.
